Finding the boat
Four steps from the car to the dock
The harbor is small and easy once you know what you are looking for. Here is the whole walk.

02Walk down to F dock
Head toward the water and follow the dock signs. F dock is the row closest to the channel.
03Find the check-in booth
Our booth sits at Slip F-1. Come find the crew 30 minutes before your departure time.
04Board the Tortuga
Look for the green hull on the last slip at the end. That is us — climb aboard and we cast off on time.

Come 30 minutes early.
A little buffer means we leave on time and you are not the person the whole boat is waiting on. Here is everything to sort before you walk down.

Check in 30 minutes early
Meet the crew on the dock at Slip F-1 half an hour before your scheduled departure so we can get everyone aboard and leave on time.

Bring cash for harbor fees
A $1 per-person Ocean Stewardship Fee and a temporary $2 per-guest fuel surcharge are due at check-in.

Wear soft-soled shoes
Soft soles, a hat and sunscreen. Whatever you want to eat and drink comes with you — we supply the cooler and ice.

Nonresident fishing license
The state of Hawaii requires all nonresident recreational marine fishers age 15 and over to purchase a fishing license. It's easy to do, and you'll get your license instantly. Get your license at fishing.hawaii.gov
Parking
Two lots, both $2 an hour
Either lot works. There is a QR code posted in each one so you can pay from your phone — no meter, no ticket machine.
